Reading the interview brought back the memory of the first time I watched a live news segment from Fox 13 back in college. I was in a cramped dorm room, coffee in hand, trying to keep up with the morning rush, and the anchor’s calm delivery made the chaotic headlines feel manageable. That same sense of clarity showed up in this interview, especially when the host talked about the behind‑the‑scenes preparation that goes into a broadcast. It reminded me of the late‑night study sessions where I’d replay a news clip over and over, dissecting every sentence to understand how they crafted the story.
