Power Of Music On The Brain

Music is undoubtedly a very powerful tool to keep your brain engaged and active throughout your life. If you want to keep your brain engaged throughout the aging process, listening to or playing music is a great tool. Music provides a total brain workout. Research has shown that listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory.

We want to share with you this amazing documentary that explores the topic of bringing personalized music to aging adults with dementia and how prescribed music can be a very effective treatment tool and many more of its benefits.
